DF Training is committed to customer and trainee satisfaction. If we are found to have delivered a sub-standard service, steps will be taken to reimburse

customers/individuals affected. The Training Manager will be responsible for ensuring a suitable investigation is undertaken and a refund provided where required. This does not affect our standard terms and conditions of sale, nor apply in situations where we reasonably deem, we were not at fault. 

LGV Skills Bootcamp

If you are a LGV Skills Bootcamp candidate then you are agreeing to the terms that you shall:

• Attend all Lessons provided and work to the best of your ability.
•  Be 100% Committed and attend any interviews setup by the provider and training school to enable us to proceed with successful claims.
•  Where possible always liaise with your provider and provide the required evidence to complete your training portfolio. 

For the duration of the course, for non-compliance of the Terms and conditions may result in a claim being brought against you through the courts to recover any financial loss sustained by

At DF Training we’re committed to protecting and respecting your privacy and this policy. Your data will be held in accordance with the privacy policy at DF Training. By attending any training provided by DF Training, you’re agreeing to this policy.

What type of information would be collected from you?

• Your personal information such as contact details.
• Photographic images
• Driving Licence details
• Payment details
• Any other information obtained from third parties or as a result of our relationship with you in our capacity as a Consortium Lead and in providing goods and services to you

How is your information used?

• Upload completed periodic training hours on the governments recording and evidence (R&E) database.

• Complete an attendance certificate
• Notify you of any changes to our service
• Providing verification services
• To contact you with service communication relating to your training

We review our retention periods for personal information on a regular basis. We are legally required to hold some information, for example data about your periodic training, to fulfil our statutory obligations for a period of six years.

Who has access to your information?

• Your information will be shared with JAUPT for them to monitor and manage approved centres and the training uploaded to DVSA systems. And where necessary share with member state authorities to confirm Driver CPC entitlement abroad
• Other third parties to the extent necessary to allow us to provide the service to you.

The accuracy of your information is important to us.
